Speaker: Niu Jianye
Niu Jianye is an associate professor, master tutor and leader of rehabilitation medicine and parallel robot team in the School of Mechanical Engineering, Yanshan University. Mainly engaged in rehabilitation nursing robots, surgical robots, parallel mechanism theory and its application. He has presided over 1 national Key Research and Development Program project, 1 national Natural Science General project, and participated in 5 provincial and ministerial projects. In the past five years, he has published 16 SCI papers as the first author or corresponding author, and applied/obtained 10 national invention patents.
Summary of the report: In recent years, with the improvement of people's living standards, people have put forward higher demand for rehabilitation nursing services, so the rehabilitation nursing robot technology has received great attention, has been listed as a strategic emerging industry in many countries, and has made rapid development. At present, rehabilitation nursing robots are mainly used in limb function rehabilitation and daily auxiliary nursing. In the future, with the breakthrough and development of important robot technology, it will be applied to various fields of medical and health. The author will report on the key technologies of rehabilitation nursing robots and their promotion and application based on the research results of the team over the years. Firstly, the background and significance of rehabilitation nursing robot research were introduced in combination with the aging problem of China's population. Secondly, the related technologies of limb function rehabilitation robots such as lower limb rehabilitation robots, upper limb rehabilitation robots, waist rehabilitation robots, ankle rehabilitation robots, and finger rehabilitation robots are reported one by one. Then, the mobile and transfer nursing robots and daily auxiliary nursing robots such as toilet wheelchairs were explained. Finally, the development direction and key technologies of rehabilitation nursing robots in the future were prospected.
