邀请人简介：
Stewart Williams，Professor of Welding Science and Engineering at School of Applied Sciences, Cranfield University, UK.
His motivations in the research that they do is to apply science to engineering problems and thereby provide robust and simple solutions to industrial clients. Currently he has two main objectives. First is technical and commercial maturation of the wire + arc additive manufacture process that he have developed. Second he wants to take the black art out of laser processing. He worked for Edinburgh Instruments and BAE Systems for several years.
